Symposium Details and Registration
The 2017 Statewide Graduate Student Research Symposium has ended. The following information will be preserved until the details of the 2018 symposium are finalized.

2:00 p.m. - Poster Session & Judging
3:30 p.m. - Judge Scoring & Reception
4:15 p.m. - Awards Presentation & Closing Remarks
5:00 p.m. - University Photos

Universities can submit their students' information and abstract (maximum 250 words) using the online submission form. One form should be submitted for each student presenting in the symposium. The online submission form can be accessed here.
Guidelines for Presenters
The USF Office of Graduate Studies will provide 4' x 6' freestanding double-sided poster boards for use by presenters. Each presenter will share one side of a poster board to affix their poster (posters must be no larger than 36" x 48") and present in portrait layout (not landscape). Velcro dots (and/or pins) will also be provided to affix the poster to the board. Tables for displays and power outlets cannot be provided due to space limitations.
Awards will be given for the project judged to be the best in each of the following categories:
- Arts and Humanities
- Behavioral and Social Sciences
- Biological and Chemical Sciences
- Health Sciences
- Natural and Physical Sciences
Directions and Parking
Electronic parking passes will be emailed once registration is paid. Parking will be in Visitor Parking (Green Zone) within USF Research Park Parking Lot.
